Job Title: Manager, DSP Software

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team for design, develop and debug DSP Software for digital video products targeting the "Digital Home”
- Responsible for people, products and process within the team
- Coordinate and manage the dependencies across various stakeholders across the organization
Education and Experience Required
- B.E./M.E./M.Tech in (Electronics or Computer Engineering) with 8+ years of experience in relevant field
- Experienced in multiple audio video compression standards like WMV, H.264, MPEG-4, AAC, WMA etc
- Proficient in DSP architectures, optimization techniques and assembly programming on multiple DSPs.
- Familiarity with multiple Real Time OS(s)
- Strong project and people management skills
- Experience in working with multi site teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire and skill in mentoring, coaching and building teams
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must work effectively in a team environment with potential to take up additional responsibilities
